EU Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 30 days of receiving the last item of your order, without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is extended to cover weekends and public holidays.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by submitting a return or cancellation request through your account before the withdrawal period expires.

You may also cancel your order at any time before it has been fulfilled.

We will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive your returned items.
